| | We're still having problems with photos, and it may be quite some while before Cat Pictures of the Week return. I promise to make it up to you when that happens.    My cats talk to me all the time, but at best, I only understand half the time. Perhaps I should have titled the first article "7 Things Your Cat is Saying If Only You Could Understand."  I do talk back to them, though, and they pretend to understand, but the love shows through on both sides. I'm proclaiming the coming week "Love Your Cats Week," so you know exactly what to do until we meet again next week. | Top Canned Cat Food Next to a raw food diet for cats, experts agree that canned food should be the staple. These are my personal picks of canned cat foods. I believe in feeding cats a variety of foods, with the emphasis on chicken and turkey, and very limited  on seafood, especially tuna. Bottom Line: Find the most nutritious formulas, and a good selection, and let your cat choose her favorites.
  | 11 Common Causes of Cat Aggression There are several kinds of cat aggression, and more than one can happen at the same time. The more types Kitty shows and the longer they’re allowed to go on, the poorer becomes the prognosis for improvement. Cats rarely aggress towards people when they live with other cats. They’d rather challenge other kitties than argue with the two-leggers with wallets who fill the food bowl. Aggression isn’t limited to bared fangs, though, because feline aggression can be quite subtle.         Getty Images / Pietrantonio Castellano
