Review of Cat Amazing Puzzle Toy

The Cat Amazing puzzle toy is somewhat similar to the Peek-a-Prize, which I reviewed several years ago. When the President of Cat Amazing contacted me a few months ago and told me about this puzzle toy, I figured "why not?" but decided to purchase it myself, since it was a fairly inexpensive toy, plus it gave me a place to store all those cat toys littering the carpet of my home office. One of my favorite pastimes is watching my cats to see the way their intelligent minds work, and the Cat Amazing gives plenty of opportunity for that. You could almost call it the "classic IQ test for cats." Read my Full Review, to decide it this would be an appropriate toy for your own cat.
| Why Cats Groom Themselves So Often
Want a sure cure to tension? Many cat lovers are fascinated by watching their cats groom themselves. It relaxes me so much, I can almost purr. Often when cats are not grooming themselves, they are washing other cats with their rough, barbed tongues, and even grooming the humans they love. It can be amusing to see a cat racing wildly all over the house, then suddenly stop, lift a hind leg in the air, and meticulously lick each hair of his inner leg. Today's Cat Picture of the Week is a twofur, as Kit and Molly share the spotlight with their Adopted Shelter Cat Debut. To longtime About.com Cats Forum members, PhillysMom is known as Pat H., and few of us will forget Project Jersey Kitties, which was the saga of the "barn kittens," in 2008. Pat is a huge advocate of cat rescue, and would not dream of breeding cats when there are so very many waiting to be rescued or adopted from shelter. Kit and Molly, pictured here, are a great example. They were adopted from their vet's small rescue center as youngsters, and now, six years later, are part of Pat's furfamily, which also includes Philly and Piper (one of the barn kittens).
