 | Sincere apologies to my loyal readers for last Thursday's newsletter, which was a duplicate of the previous week's offering! My DSL modem had failed on Tuesday, and AT&T was unable to provide me with a new one for several days.In the meantime, the duplicate newsletter went out. I hope this "extra" newsletter will help fill in some gaps, and you can expect a brand new one to come along on Thursday, the 16th. | What Breed is my Cat?
I recently received a email with a photo of a lovely white kitten with dark markings on the top of her head and tail, which she had found in her yard. and her question asking me "what breed is my kitten?". She thought the kitten might be a Turkish Van, and it was a good guess, but I figured it was high time to run this article again.  photo © Franny Syufy Jennifur aka Jenny (shown here), a lovely little stray girl who adopted me over seven years ago, is not a "breed" of cat.
