The latest is a Cat Rap by Walter the Cat, called "Me LuVZ MahselfZ" with an added bonus to help Best Friends Animal Society. Cool beans. All cats deserve to be loved by someone else besides themselves, so you know what to do. Happy Valentine's Day! Cool Valentine Cats: Oreo and Bandit Image © Guest Oreo and Bandit Although they aren't brothers, Oreo and Bandit were adopted from the same rescue organization, and as soon as they reached their new home, they gravitated together like brothers. The interesting part is that Oreo was originally the little guy, but now he is much the larger, although Bandit still takes on the big brother role. Although their original photo was beautiful, I added a couple of embellishments just for Valentine's day. Quest for the Rainbow Bridge The Rainbow Bridge poem has comforted me on several occasions after losing one of my beloved cats, as I know it has done for others. It is hard to keep a dry eye no matter how many times we have read it, because we all have one or more "Rainbow Kitties and Doggies" we envision there. We may never learn who is the real author of The Rainbow Bridge, but one true thing rings clear: This sweet story will continue to bring peace and comfort to thousands of animal lovers through the ages to come. And I know in my heart that one-by-one, we will some day be reunited with our loved cats and dogs who have gone before.
